Gift Voucher

1. Types of vouchers
• Digital vouchers (email)
• Physical vouchers: mailed on request or available for purchase in-store.
• Every voucher digital or physical includes a unique code that must be used at checkout.
2. Where you can use a voucher
• Vouchers can be redeemed on our website and at our physical stores listed on our
website.
3. Validity
• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated on the
voucher.
• Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed, reissued or extended.
4. How to redeem
• Online: Enter the voucher code at checkout. The voucher value will be applied to the
order total.
• In-store: Present the voucher PDF or physical voucher and the unique code at the time of
purchase.
• The voucher value is deducted from the order total which may include taxes and shipping
(if applicable).
5. Partial use & remaining balance
• If your order total exceeds the voucher value, you must pay the difference with any
accepted payment method. 2 vouchers can not be clubbed and cannot be used to
purchase other gift vouchers.
• If your order is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will remain on the
voucher until expiry.
6. Returns, refunds & cancellations
• Orders paid with a voucher are covered by The Table Company’s standard Return &
Exchange Policy.
• If an item bought with a voucher is returned and a refund is due, the refund will be issued
as store credit (a new voucher or credit note). That credit will follow the same validity
rules.
• If you cancel an order before dispatch and the payment was made by voucher, the
voucher value will be returned to the same voucher code or reissued to the purchaser.
7. Non-refundable & non-transferable
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers
• Treat your voucher like cash. Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced,
unless we can verify purchase and the code is unused - contact Customer Care
immediately and we will do our best to help.
9. Corporate & bulk purchases
• Bulk or corporate purchases of vouchers are welcome. Different terms (including
activation, invoicing and customization) may apply - contact Customer Care.
