Do I have to pay for additional delivery charges?

Yes a delivery charge as per your location and the weight & volume of your shipment will be added to your cart at checkout. 

How long does it take to deliver the order?

Most orders are delivered within 2-7 business days, depending on where you live. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays.

Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we try our best to deliver at the earliest.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner name are sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner's website and enter the AWB number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

Can I cancel my shipping?

Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.

How can I make the payment?

For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.

What about Cash on Delivery?

Due to the current COVID situation, this facility is not available for safety reasons.
