Within India

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location and accessibility from our warehouse.
Deliveries to the North and North-East regions may take 10–14 working days.

International Orders

We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates, with delivery timelines of approximately 5–10 working days.

Return and Exchange Policy

At The Table Company, every piece is handcrafted with care and goes through a thorough quality check before it reaches you. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or one that arrives damaged or broken, we will happily replace it for you.

Please note that our products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they fall under the above conditions.

To process a replacement, please photograph and video record the defect or breakage as soon as you open your package – including both the outer and inner packaging – and share these details with us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note the following:

  • Products purchased during sale periods or at discounted prices are not eligible for return or exchange, unless received defective or broken.
  • Customised products and special bulk orders are not eligible for return or exchange, as they undergo detailed quality checks prior to dispatch.
  • International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Gift cards, purchased online or offline are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

In case you wish to exchange a product due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction, the exchange can only be processed if the following conditions are met:

  • The unused product is physically returned to our Bangalore office within 7 days of receiving it.

  • The product is returned in its original condition, along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, boxes, bags, and all other inclusions as received at the time of purchase.
  • Your intent to exchange is communicated to our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.

We reserve the right to inspect the returned product before approving an exchange. Once approved, a credit note will be issued, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
