All orders are dispatched within 2 business days of confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary by location:
- Within India: 3–7 working days (For North & North-East regions, please allow 10–14 working days)

What happens if my order is delayed?
While we strive to meet all shipping timelines, delays may occur during holidays, festivals or courier disruptions. Our team will keep you informed and provide support throughout.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, our standard exchange and replacement policies will apply.
Are your products dishwasher or microwave safe?
No. Our Gold & Platinum plated collections are not safe for microwaves of dishwashers. Gentle hand washing is recommended to preserve finish and longevity.
How should I care for fine porcelain, glassware, or flatware?

Can I stack my pieces for storage?

What is your return policy?
Our products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or are broken/damaged, in which case we will replace the item.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the rare event of defect or breakage, photograph and video record the issue along with the packaging and share with us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement.
Can I exchange a product due to change of mind?
Exchanges for change of mind are possible only if:
- The unused product is returned to our Bangalore office within 7 days of receipt.
- The product is in original condition, including invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, boxes, bags, and all inclusions.
- The exchange intent is communicated to customer support within 48 hours of receipt.
How long will my credit note be valid?
Credit notes issued for exchanges are valid for one year and can be used as a coupon on our website for future purchases.
